I am living alone with my two daughters and here in the Philippines, it is prohibited for kids to go outside their houses. And so, I need to leave them home and buy groceries as fast as I can. During this time of the month, my husband is giving me the budget for our groceries. In order for me to not go out often, I need to buy the non wet goods that are good for a month.
I used to buy online for my groceries then pick up at the grocery store. However, I had some not so good experiences on buying online. There are some advantages though, but I think I will just stick on going to the store and buy personally.
I just want to share with you the things that I am buying that are good for a month’s consumption.
Basically those are the list that I have, which I already memorized on buying on this time of the month. Some of the things that are buying are for weekly basis, the wet goods, biscuits, vegetables, fruits, cereals, chips, juice, milk, etc. I still need to go to grocery every week but the time that I spend is not that long anymore.
Sometimes, I need to buy some things that need to be replaced quarterly, like toothbrush or razor.
I do love spending time in the grocery store, seeing different people once in a while. How about you? How’s your grocery experience nowadays?
